Paulette Hugulet
Most people avoid chiropractic care because they are afraid of being twisted, cracked, or hurt.
I built my practice to change that. I’m Dr. Paulette Hugulet, and I specialize in a deeply gentle, low-force approach to spinal health—specifically the Cox Technic. If you are dealing with the exhausting, shooting pain of a bulging disc, a pinched nerve, or severe, chronic back stiffness, you don’t need aggressive treatments. You need precise, compassionate, and highly effective care that respects your body’s natural ability to heal.
I know this first hand because I am a back doctor who has actually been the patient on the operating table.
My own journey through back surgery is exactly what motivated me to specialize in the Cox Technic. I needed a method that was profoundly gentle and effective—not just for my patients' spines, but for my own longevity as a physician. It completely changed my life, and it is why I am so passionate about offering that same low-force, low-stress relief to my community. Before becoming a Chiropractic Physician, my path was shaped by a decade of service in the Army National Guard and years working directly in patient care as a medical assistant and CNA. That diverse healthcare background taught me to look at the whole person, not just a symptom. Whether I’m helping a patient find immediate relief from debilitating room-spinning vertigo, or restoring mobility to a painful spine, my clinical goal is always the same: to get you back to living your life fully, without drugs or surgery. When I’m not in the clinic, you can usually find me spending quality time with my family, out in the beautiful Oregon outdoors camping and fishing, or working on a new project with the local quilting guild. And when fall rolls around, you can absolutely bet I am cheering on the Oregon State football team. Go Beavs!
